*At time of new Certificate of Deposit Secured Loan, certificate rate may not exceed loan APR. If certificate of deposit rate is equal to or higher than rate sheet, certificate of deposit secured loan rate will be 8%. Member can refinance when the certificate matures to the rate at that time. All new certificate of deposit secured loans that have certificate rate less than rate on loan rate sheet will conform to rates on rate sheet at the present time. Modifications not allowed (only new loan paper).

*Late Fees: If we do not receive your payment within 10 days of the due date we will add a late fee of $10.00.

*Credit Bureau Report: $10.00 fee.

*Filing Fees (each vehicle): $22.00

*Collection Costs: You agree to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe and reasonable attorney fees to the extent permitted by law.

*However, your minimum payment will never be less than: $25.00 per month
